A |     石家庄市气象台2026年08月25日11时30分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计今天白天到夜间，石家庄市全部县区有较强降雨，1小时雨量达50毫米或6小时雨量达70毫米以上。

B | 省防指已于25日10时针对石家庄等市启动防汛四级应急响应。经会商研判，按照《石家庄市防汛抗旱应急预案》相关规定，市防指决定自8月25日13时起，启动防汛四级应急响应。    (ECNS) -- East China's Hangzhou City has increased the use of treated river water and reclaimed water in sanitation operations, with the two sources accounting for 45.37% of the city’s total sanitation water use in the first half of this year.         Hangzhou's urban management authorities said sanitation operations consumed 5.07 million metric tonnes of water during the period, including 1.6 million tonnes of river water and 700,000 tonnes of reclaimed water.    Different vehicles are matched with specific sources: water-sprinkling trucks use treated river and reclaimed water; high-pressure cleaning vehicles rely on reclaimed water with lower suspended solids to protect equipment; while fog cannons continue to use tap water.    To reduce costs and improve efficiency, Hangzhou has planned water collection routes based on nearby sources.
